Riley Jacques I see that no one is signed up for MPO, yet if I signup I will be waitlisted. Was wondering if anyone doesnt show can I play or would there be no chance of playing because no one is in the division. Also if I pay for a waitlist and I cant play is it a full refund? Mar 16
