Tournament refund / cancellation policy
Symbiotic Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
Refund eligibility for PDGA events varies based on when you withdraw and whether your spot is filled from the waitlist:
30+ days before the event: Full refund of the entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee.
15–29 days before the event: Full refund minus $10 only if your spot is filled from the waitlist; otherwise, the TD may offer a 50% refund or just the player pack.
Within 14 days of the event: Full refund minus $10 if backfilled; if not, the TD may provide a 25% refund or the player pack
Within 48 hours of the event or after registration closes: No refund is provided.
Withdrawals must be submitted via the “Request a Refund” link in your registration confirmation email

DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
