The hole assignments have been posted for Round 1. If you have been promoted from the waitlist, but have not paid the balance of your entry fee, you have not been given a hole assignment. Once I have received your payment, I will add you to one of the cards and publish the update. If you haven’t paid the entry fee by the start of the tournament, you will be removed and will not be allowed to play in the tournament. If you no longer intend to play, please let me know, so I can remove you from the tournament and promote of the few remaining players on the waitlist.

Since I have received multiple emails about this, I figured I would just come on here and post a comment for all. 1. Registration closed this past Saturday. No more new registrations will be accepted for the tournament. 2. It looks like there might be a storm coming in on the day of the tournament. The tournament will play, rain (or snow) or shine. There will only be a postponement in the event of lightning, or weather conditions become so severe that it is deemed unsafe to continue. As of today, the forecast is 70 and cloudy with a 60% chance of rain, but that can change quickly. Please refer to PDGA Competition Manual 1.07 and the Mid-Event Weather Suspension and Cancellation Guidelines for further information. 3. The deadline to withdraw and receive a full refund for this tournament is Thursday morning, 12/9, at 9am. I am extremely excited to let you all know that one of our local breweries has agreed to partner with us for the tournament.

Death Ridge Brewery in Jeffersonton, VA has agreed to host the Tournament After Party at 5:00pm on the evening of the tournament. They will be giving all tournament participants $1 off a pint of one of their many awesome beers. For the under 21 crowd, they also have non-alcoholic beverages, and a great family atmosphere. They have a limited food menu and live music scheduled for that evening as well.

Since disc golf has moved to a completely digital scoring system, the owners of Death Ridge Brewery agreed to accept the finalized scoring page from the PDGA website, with each player indicating their name as one of the registered players as their $1 off coupon.

Good evening disc golfers,

We are just over one month away from the tournament at Spilman Park. I hope you all are as excited as I am. I just wanted to send out a message and update everyone on a couple of things. First, I am in the works of securing an after-party location for the tournament. I hope to have that completed and able to announce by the end of the week.
I mentioned on the registration page that some divisions may be eliminated due to a lack of entries. Those players effected would be notified and have the option of playing in another division for which they are eligible, or withdrawing from the tournament with a full refund. (See Competition Manual 1.03(I) and 2.01(K)). That being said, I will be making those decisions after this month’s ratings updates are published by the PDGA, and will send out those notifications.
