The university has told me there will be potties delivered for the tournament. There will be one on the course where is was last year on Hole 8. Along with potties, there will be water stations on the course.

Also, my goal is to make pace of play be faster for the tournament. I've put in a few OBs that I think will make decisions quicker for players. I also plan to walk the course and monitor cards and potential back up issues. The spotters on par 4s will be instructed to allow players to throw when the group in front of them is clear so no one is waiting for a card to putt out on a 800ft hole. I will need the help of players though making sure their cardmates are taking their allotted 30 seconds or less on throws, starting timers right away for lost discs, and just overall good pace of play actions. I will put my cellphone number in the players email I send out if issues arise, I will investigate them personally.

Registration hasn't officially opened yet because we're still waiting to hear back from the university regarding this event. I am certain that once we get the official go ahead from them, this tournament will fill up quickly! I will post here and on the Door Disc Golf socials as soon as I hear from them!

We are working with the university on this event. We had some logistically items come up since we posted this tournament for registration. We're still hopefully this event will happen, but just need to work out the behind the scenes bits and pieces. Thanks for your patience everyone!
