Part of the success of our club in past years has been preparation for the upcoming season. Many hours have already been spent planning for 2020. We have determined that our most effective format will be based on a league of 120 members or less, and to that end we will be prepared to distribute the 2020 membership packages to the first 120 members.

Please be patient and understanding during this process as we are learning as we go in this unprecedented social situation.

1. Players are encouraged to use the “Disc Golf 2 – PDGA” app found on any app store. Upon completing your group score, please email your score using the app to Zach and Stephen at [email redacted] and [email redacted] This is the preferred method as it will provide simple copy and paste functionality for scorekeeping. Save Stephen’s manual entry time by using this app and emailing the scores!
2. Players may elect to use a scoring app of their choosing and email a screen shot of the scores to the emails shown above.
3. Lastly, paper scorecards can be used. Again, it is preferred that players take a picture of the score and email to Zach and Stephen.
ii. Incorrect score will be docked 5 points during official league play. A wrong score will be like losing to 5 more people.
iii. You have 2 hours to submit your scores after you have finished your round. Scores submitted after the 2-hour window will incur a 5 point deduction to the scorekeeper.
e. Playing Groups
i. Each playing group should have no less than 3 players with at least 2 SADGC League members. Groups should not exceed 4 players in an effort to help the flow of play.

Your participation in CTPs is voluntary as all CTPs are donations which are not paid for by membership dues.
ii. Money Shot and Money Putt – A portion of every person’s membership fee goes to fund these awards which typically award 1 shot and 1 putt each night. This year, these 2 prizes will be given away at random for those who played that night. The drawing will take place via random.org and broadcast on the 2020 SADGC League and Events facebook page via FB live.
