We registered my daughter Matti Roush in ADV Women before we renewed her PDGA membership and we paid the extra $10. We have since renewed her PDGA, is there a way to get that $10 refunded?

I did not get an email about payment confirmation. I am trying to withdraw from the tournament. I do show the money being taken out of my account but I only received a profile confirmation email.
