The Virtual Player Meeting document has been sent via email to all players along with updated Caddy Pages for both courses, an article about Seth from Sports Illustrated, a special message from Seth's Mother Rebecca Burton and a link to a great YouTube video about the courses by Mountain Craft Productions.

Also a separate message was sent with info about a special GroupMe set up just for event communications.

Pre-Registration for this event closes tonight at Midnight. After this time the manual switching of Divisions by players will be disabled. Anyone in a Division that does not have enough players will be contacted on Monday about moving Divisions. There will be a $10 late fee for any registration received from Monday through Wednesday.

Players will receive their Tee Times, Virtual Player Meeting document and Caddy book via email on Wednesday evening. Camping passes can be picked up at East Marion Park (MCPARC) on Thursday from our onsite volunteers. Please make sure you have signed up for a free camping pass beforehand - https://forms.gle/SuCJ5XXpfiT8Qx9AA

Both courses are set for tournament play, there is a practice basket by hole #1, there will be a driving net installed behind the bathrooms near SBM Hole #18 and there are driving field areas available at nearby East Marion Park (campgrounds) along with a practice basket.

It's nice that a junior division is included, but this event is during school (Friday) and juniors would be required to miss a school day because the event starts Friday. Was looking forward to having my boy play this A Tier, even if he played novice he has to miss school. Not a great schedule for consideration of youth disc golfers.

For Players interested in Camping or RV Parking there will be a link sent with Registration to an online Google Form. Use this Google Form to register yourself and guests that will be staying for the weekend. Players and Guests must be registered in order to access the Camping/RV areas.

We want to thank Marion County Parks & Recreation (MCPARC) for their generosity in allowing our players a free place to stay from Thursday - Sunday, access to indoor bathrooms and several pavilions with grills and picnic tables, a very large parking lot and for hosting the Saturday Night Player's Party at their main Pavilion. If you are camping or RV parking you can walk to the Player's Party where there will be local Live Music, Food and Refreshments Available!
