Would you be open to helping before or after the event? We are mainly looking for help with day-before setup, early morning setup, course pack-down, equipment collection, and leaving the course/HQ area tidy after prizegiving. We are not asking general players to run the event during the day.
Would you likely buy raffle tickets on event day? Every registered player receives 1 free raffle ticket with entry, but it must be redeemed at HQ to be included in the draw. Extra raffle tickets are $2 each, or buy 5 tickets for $10 and receive 1 bonus ticket free, giving you 6 tickets total. You can buy as many tickets as you like. Raffle tickets can be placed toward any raffle disc on offer, so you choose which disc or discs you want to try for. A player can only win 1 raffle disc. This field is only to help SIDG plan the raffle table and likely ticket volume. Payment, ticket issue, and free-ticket redemption will happen at HQ on the day, subject to final raffle rules.
Would you likely enter the Ace Kitty on event day? Ace Kitty entry is $2 and is non-refundable once entered. The Ace Kitty applies only to genuine tee-to-basket hole-in-ones during scored rounds, regardless of layout. Practice throws, warm-up throws, throw-ins from fairway/approach positions, skills challenges, re-throws, or non-scored attempts do not count. This field is only to help SIDG plan event-day admin. Payment and entry confirmation will happen at HQ on the day, subject to final Ace Kitty rules.
I understand that Discord is the main information hub for Winter Challenge, and that joining the SIDG Discord is the easiest way to access event updates, caddie sheets, course visuals, day-of questions, and final notices. I understand that a player email is expected after registration closes, but email delivery cannot be guaranteed due to junk folders, email filters and mailer limitations.
I confirm that I have completed at least one of the five Division Evidence Option fields below, or I understand that if I do not provide enough accepted playing-history evidence by the division review deadline, I may still play but may be marked Recreational / Unverified for scored placing prize purposes. I understand this only affects eligibility for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place scored divisional prizes. It does not stop me from playing, receiving my player pack, winning spot prizes, entering eligible side activities, or taking part in the event. I also understand that missing, unclear, incomplete, or unsuitable information does not automatically qualify me for a lower division, and that SIDG may adjust divisions before the event to protect fair competition.

Enter your UDisc username, Everyday Rating, Competition Rating, or recent UDisc history if available. If using recent UDisc history, please include each of the following where possible: course names, actual scores, and approximate dates.
If you do not have exact Bottle Lake or UDisc history, enter recent scores from courses you regularly play. List any previous SIDG, CDGC, NZDG, PDGA, league, or tournament results that help show your playing level. Please include each of the following where possible: event or league name, division played, and result or approximate placing.
Use this only if the other fields do not fit. Other playing-history context may be accepted at TD/Event Director discretion if it clearly helps SIDG place you fairly.
