Ace will take the pot, more than one it will be shared. If there is no acepot a random draw to take place the day after the tournament will win the pot
Tournament refund / cancellation policy WDGC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Withdrawals must be submitted through Disc Golf Scene or withdrawal requests must be emailed to the Tournament Director. Withdrawals before July 15th will receive a full refund less a $5 handling fee Withdrawals after July 15th and before Aug 2nd will receive a full refund less a $5 handling fee if their spot is filled. Otherwise a 50% refund may be issued. Withdrawals after Aug 2nd and before Aug 14th will receive a full refund less a $5 handling fee if their spot is filled. Otherwise a 25% refund or the players pack may be issued. Withdrawals after Aug 14th will not receive a refund. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
