About this tournament

We're celebrating Fathers Day at the Schu with a "bring your own partner" dubz event. If you are a father, have a father, want to be a father - bring it to the Schu and join in on the fun. 2 rounds teeing off at 10. Be there by 9:30 to get registered. In keeping with the monthly "five & dime" Schumaker Series, the fee will be $5 per person am teams & $10 per person pro teams. For the numerically challenged, thats $10 a team for am teams & $20 a team for pro teams. In the case of mixed teams of an am & a pro, they will compete & pay as tho both are pro.

I'm anticipating having pro, adv, am and mixed (male & female) divisions. If you have 2 teams wanting to form a different (ie adv master, pro master, father/child under 14 etc.) division, we can make it work. That will basically end up winner take all with a small payout. These events are intended to promote fun at a reasonable fee, not to make anyone get a big payday (The Schu Phun Philosophy behind the five & dime series). We'll be selling mulligans for $3 each or 2 for $5. Max of 2 per team. Any team consisting of a Father/Son or Father/Daughter will automatically get one free mulligan (they will only be allowed to purchase one additional). I'm going to have some CTP schwag for each division and a longest putt hole.

1st round will be red to red with alternate disc on the front 9 and worst shot on the back. 2nd round is gold to gold best shot but each partner must have at least one of his/her shot used in every 2 hole span. This means that no one partner can use all of his/her shots for 2 consecutive holes.
