That's a lot of added cash! I am surprised there aren't players signed up. Not a typo, is it? Makes me start looking at flights from the US to try my luck :)

It's actual in local currency, 35k SEK as minimum. Which is roughly 3500$.
If you're viewing the event from your phone it says 35.000 SEK, so I guess there's some bug in the system. :)
ok that definitely makes more sense, on my desktop here it lists $35,000 - I still want to come over to Scandinavia sometime to play!
I can confirm, I am in Sweden, and my Chrome browser lists the added cash as $35.000
