Brad Herbert May 2, 2024 Not really no. There is quite a bit of walking, some steep trails and a lot of undulating terrain throughout. I recommend a backpack and sturdy shoes.

There will be a cycling club event starting at 6pm across the parking lot at the dirt jumps that could be worth watching beforehand, so come and get involved!
