About this tournament
2 rounds of play
This is a temporary course setup for this un-sanctioned tournament. It is being run in conjunction with The Rock's season ending party called Ruckus At The Rock. Drew Retherford and I have scouted the property and I have come up with a 12 hole temporary setup. We will be playing at least 2 rounds of 12 holes, but we may play 3 rounds of 12 if time allows or perhaps 2 rounds of 12 holes plus two rounds of 6 mini disc golf holes that will be up around the Ski Lodge. Final layout plans will be depending on the conditions of the property on the day of the event.
If more than 48 people are interested in this event, we can possibly accomodate them but the format might change but for now I will guarantee the first 48 people who have paid and signed up will be able to play. Above and beyond will take more coordination and cannot be promised, so get signed up soon.
We will also be setting up some sort of CTP/Ace contest for anyone at The Rock that day to try disc golf out. There will also be a practice basket near The Lodge for people to try their hand at putting and even the potential of a 6 hole mini disc golf course if the conditions allow for it.
Lunch will be taken between Round 1 and Round 2 and it will be on your own but The Rock does offer some food items including pizza, hot dogs, nachos, candy, and chips along with plenty of beverage options . . . including a Pay By The Ounce Self Serve Beer tap system called Tap Works.
