Just a couple of last-minute items.

First, even if you did early check-in today, please remember to stop by tournament central tomorrow before your round. We just need to verify everyone is present for the card before sending you out.

Please also remember that this event is PDGA sanctioned so we will be following all PDGA rules as well as local and federal laws regarding alcohol and other substances. Please keep it off of the courses.

We also want to give a huge thanks to Hocking Hills Disc Golf. They have generously donated a portable disc golf basket and we will be having a CTP contest for the basket and additional prizes. The CTP contest will take place all weekend long at Eagle's Nest DGC. Each player in the event will receive one free throw and have the option to buy additional throws for $1 per throw or 3 throws for $5. The CTP winner will take home the basket, and 2nd and 3rd place will receive a prize pack valued at over $75.

Be sure to head down and check out Hocking Hills Disc Golf at 26800 US-33, Rockbridge, OH 43149 and give them a like on Facebook for all of their live updates on the new items they get in stock.

Please remember to check in at tournament central at your assigned course before each round. We will be at Eagles Nest on Friday if you want to pick up your player's pack early.

Payouts will be provided by Six Sided Discs and we are super stoked to have them on board. Please remember that your payout must be used on Sunday and will not carry over.

It's tournament week!! Look for the caddy guide to be out in the next day or two and tee times to be posted Thursday evening. We will have the OB painted this week as well, but unsure of which day as we are supposed to have some rain this week and we don't want them washed away by the weekend.

As of today, we will no longer be issuing refunds due to drops unless your spot is filled from the waitlist or sign up. If your spot is not filled you will receive your full player's pack.

Hey everyone. Look for the caddy guide with all of the event and course information to be out early next week. That will include the layouts everyone will be playing as well as OB information for each course. Tee times will be posted the Thursday night prior to the event.

I do have a couple of refunds to process so there will be a couple of more folks that will make it in from the waitlist. I will process those and reach out to everyone tomorrow. If you have already made it off the waitlist and haven't paid yet, I will give you until noon tomorrow and will start reaching out to those left on the waitlist.

If you are interested in this event, we still have a few spots left and will continue to move spots to divisions based on demand. If your division is full get on the waitlist and you will most likely still get in.

Can you pull my name off of the novice list? Also I got an email saying that I need to pay for rec but I should be covered since I already paid for novice, correct?

Hey folks, I will start adjusting the division caps on Sunday so if you are on the waitlist now, I would expect to get in unless we have a giant boom of age protected and female competitors signed up. If you do get in, you should receive an email, if you used a valid address, with a link to update your registration and pay your entry fee.
