About this tournament

The North Cougar Classic is the first regular season for the College Disc Golf Rocky Mountain Conference. College teams from Colorado and Utah will compete in a two round, College Disc Golf format tournament at The Fort Buenaventura Disc Golf Course.
This portion of the event is for the local doubles players. Refer to the link at the bottom for the collegiate doubles portion of the event.
FORMAT: For participants from the local community there will be two rounds of bring your own partner best shot doubles play.
LAYOUT: Local Doubles teams will compete in a two-round fundraiser tournament, with the first round at a combined Observatory Park/Miles Goodyear layout and the second round at a combination of blue and golds at the Fort!
PLAYERS PACKS: Players Packs will be provided by Infinite Discs. Each player will receive one disc.
Costs :
$75 for a team of 2 - Includes Players pack and the winning Team will get SWEET trophies!
Optional Add-Ons:
$3 CTP (optional) - CTP prizes will be available for several holes
$5 Ace Pot (optional) - The ace pot will be distributed upon an ace being hit, evenly split if more than one are hit, and a CTP throw off will occur if no aces are hit. $1 will go to help fundraise for the Women’s and Men’s BYU Disc Golf Team.
$5 Beat the pros buy in (optional) - The pool will be split between those who beat the hot round from the 2021 PDGA World Championships! $1 will go to help fundraise for the Women’s and Men’s BYU Disc Golf Team.
$8 Lunch per person. All proceeds go to help fundraise for the Women’s and Men’s BYU Disc Golf Team. Lunch may not be purchased during the break due to county rules, so last chance will be at check in.
$2 Mulligans (optional) - You can buy mulligans to fight for the trophy and to beat the pros!
$3 The Holy Shot Challenge! Participants will get one try to replicate the Holy Shot from 2021 Worlds. If anybody hits it, they will win a jumbo prize courtesy of Disctracted. In the event that the shot is not hit, the prize will go to the CTP.
