Thank you so much for being a part of the 2022 Killer B's, presented by DISCMANIA! There will be a brief player meeting tomorrow going over much of the same things, but I wanted to get this to everyone in advance so you can have it available tomorrow if needed, if you're running late (we'd prefer you not, but life happens :P).
Tournament central will be at the pavilion by hole 1 at Endicott. Please stop by, grab your player pack (AMs), and check-in with myself at Endi or Jeff Willems at Carrollton before you set out for your starting hole. THIS IS REQUIRED, as we have a waitlist of players who want to play. Check-in can be done between 7:30-8:30. This is where you will pick-up your player pack. If you are an MA1 player, you will need to pick up your player pack in-between rounds from Tournament Central at Endi.
If you are not able to check in physically, please text us (# at the end) before the end time as well. If a player fails to check in either in-person or via text, they will be withdrawn from the event with no refunds and a player from the waitlist will take their spot. No exceptions. For those of you on the Waitlist, it is UP TO YOU to be at your pool's starting course to take a spot if someone no-shows or drops. There are NO guarantees you will get to play.

NOTE At Carrollton, Pool A plays to BLUE BASKETS on holes 1, 5, 7, 9, 11, and 13 and Pool B plays to SILVER BASKETS on those holes.
Starting hole assignments have been posted to the PDGA event page. This event will utilize live scoring. Please have a back-up on the card with a paper scorecard or via UDisc. The current "main" layout at Carrollton will be for Pool B and "Long Layout" will be current for Pool A. Main will be correct for Endicott for both pools. Round 1 will begin at 9:00am sharp, with a brief player meeting after check-in is complete.
Round 2 will begin 1 hour after the last round 1 card has been submitted, currently projected for around 1:45pm.
Tournament winners will be announced and vouchers distributed at the conclusion of round 2 BACK AT ENDICOTT. This is also a great time to pick up anything you may have won (or to spend your vouchers) from today's tourney. PROs will be paid out to the email they registered with by Tuesday at the latest. LET US KNOW ASAP if this needs to be changed, as we are not responsible for winnings going to the wrong email. We will have club inventory on-site for redemption, but we will also have it available at other tournaments throughout 2022 (schedule posted in "featured" section of St. Louis Disc Golf Club FB Group. Raffle tickets for a Discmania Practice basket (and a bunch of other awesome prizes) will be available for purchase throughout the day and winners will be drawn after round 2. You do not need to be present to win.
There are divisional CTPs. These will be announced during check-in and posted on DGS.
At the time of this email, the tournament ace pool is $178. If no ace is hit, this money will be a "No-Ace CTP" on Endicott hole 5 (You get nothing for the CTP if an ace is hit).
The St. Louis Disc Golf Club Traveling Ace Pool is at $313! (Pays out $235) If no ace is hit, this money will roll over into the next club event! If you are not a club member, consider supporting the St. Louis Disc Golf Club for 2022! You can purchase a membership for $30 when you check-in and receive a tag and a cool koozie. We have so many awesome plans in store for the courses under our jurisdiction and support many initiatives to get courses installed by other organizations! Your support truly goes a LONG way!
If you bought into the 50/50 St. Louis Open Fundraiser CTP, the total is $130! This will be split between pools based on how many in your pool bought in. If you win the CTP on Endicott hole 10, you win your pool's share of the 50/50. The remainder is going directly towards our fund to make the 2022 St. Louis Open as awesome as it can be!
