Caddy Play book
Welcome to the 2025 Rock 30 Open played at General Sibley Park, Bismarck ND. This is a busy park, so be mindful of people, cars, and pets. All park goers have the right away on the course. There will be signs around the park to warn people there is an active tournament. It is also an active campground, please be respectful of campers and their property.
Please follow all Player etiquette according to PDGA standards. This is a PDGA sanctioned tournament, which all rules and regulations will be in place.
All discs must be either used as their marker, or have a mini disc to mark their lie.
First round will be played to Silver Baskets. All other rounds will be played with Silver, Blue, and Black Baskets. Please refer to the Caddy Book pictures, or DiscGolfScene.com, for Basket placement. Some Holes play differently from what the Tee Sign displays.
1st round(Sat)-All Competitors will play. Rewards for Jr. and MA3 awarded after Round.
2nd round(Sat)-MA2 and Above, will play. Rewards for MA2 awarded after Round.
3rd round(Sun)-MA1 and above, will play. Rewards for Competition awarded after Round.
Scoring will be kept on PDGA Live. ALL COMPETITORS MUST KEEP SCORE!!
Out of Bounds
All walkways, roads (gravel/paved), playgrounds, volleyball court, and campgrounds. All other Out of Bounds will be marked.
Campgrounds will not be marked. Campgrounds would include; Camper pad, fire pit area, and recreational area (Lawn chairs, tables, and campers personal property.) If a player lands in a campground, all card mates must unanimously agree, where it went out at, and determine where their disc will lie.
Out of Bounds Fence
On Hole #1 going over the fence along the west side of the fairway, is out of bounds. You get a 1 meter relief from where you went out.
Mandatory’s
There are many mandatory’s on the course. Please follow PDGA guidelines for rulings. All will be marked, use the Caddy Play Book, to find drop-zones or rules of play.
Drink coolers are place throughout the course. Restrooms are throughout park.
