I'm so excited about RIVAL CLUBS #2 that I can't sleep! It's 12:45am and I'm still on DGscene reading rivalry banter, LOVE IT! VIVA CCDG, VIVA RIVAL CLUBS and VIVA M.V.D.S.A. for stepping up and hosting a true RIVAL event.

Please try to keep up the use of the RIVAL CLUBS "Talk" too, the committee of TDs must still decide where to hold the 2012 RIVAL CLUBS FINALE and when. Neutral venue (no home course advantage) is the only requirement.

You guys are all on the list. Don't think will get 72+ to worry about it . I Wish we had 18 good permanent holes more than anybody. It's takes alot of time and money to do this shit. And the main point is 18 holes, which I thought was a requirement to host an event. The vast majority of MVDSA members insist on of my 18's over the standard 12 anyday. Nobody that plays good really wants to play the given 12 3 times do they? Till the morning guys.

Wortman permanent 12 layout is terrible. I play it almost 4 times a week on my lunch break because I don't want to get my work clothes dirty. after looking at tomorrows layout I am stoked

I understand what you are saying Scottish...at the same time...we were a young club who had no... I repeat absolutely no 18 hole courses to choose from... That is the primary goal and purpose of or club is to get a real course and who knows maybe next year that will be realized. At this time, we have 12 baskets at wortman... 12 at Daves... Newberg courses are 12 at Ewing and 9 at Hoover... Champoeg is 15... No matter what we do, there would be temp baskets... I Dave this same dilemma every winter with my series. I can tell you this; yes we indeed do have a home court advantage as I looked at the course and I have played everyone of those holes multiple times... But we just don't have the luxury of having a outlander 18 hole course...YET. Thanks to Terry and Beast and Scottish or anyone else... Let's have some fun and play some disc golf! 10 bucks and bragging rights! Ps sorry I write this on my phone do i'm sure their are hella grammatical errors...

We never play the normal layout at wortman, this is a "club course", at least we are playing real disc golf and not some bullshit made up format right?

I admit I was questioning what was going on, but I am the guilty party for not researching it or simply asking! Cannot wait, I will probably play Intermediate unless Adolf and Church move up... Besides my rating is 913... Cant wait.

Here's the course for Sunday unless someone has $280.00 to rent the field. No go since this is not a fundraiser.
OB's for every hole even if not listed below. Water, all paved surfaces, play area, 6'6" and above ground, tables, benches, man hole covers, out of park boundries,
Hole 1: Teepad 1 to portable basket at end of woods. On or over path OB.
Hole 2: Tee off pad behind restrooms near fence to basket 1. Mando right of marked tree. Ballfield dirt/clover OB. On or over path OB. Par 4.
Hole 3: Tee off path behind center field fence to basket 12. Mando right of marked tree. On or over path right OB. In or over creek OB.
Hole 4: Hole 2: In or over creek OB. On or over road OB.
Hole 5: Hole 3: In or over creek OB.
