About this tournament

Welcome to the 2021 Ridge Runner brought to you by the Saint Charles County Disc Golf Club! This will be a PDGA sanctioned, two round tournament on the newly redesigned Quail Ridge Disc Golf Course.

As we all know, July can bring some extremely warm days. Therefore, tee time for the first round is at 8:00am so we can try to beat some of that heat. All MP and MA1 divisions will play their first round from the Blue tees, and their second round from the Reds Tees. All other divisions will play both rounds from the Red Tees. Layouts for each tee will be uploaded prior to the event in the attached images for download.

There will be NO LUNCH provided. We will have an hour between rounds for lunch starting when the final card finishes their first round and quite a few local places to grab a quick bite.

We are always wanting to build on the previous year, so we have a few new things. All AM players will be receiving a players pack that will include a custom stamped Discraft disc (Mold provided will be ESP Buzzes and Z Zones), and a full size GOAT towel with the event logo on it (shown in the tournament photos). There will be extra discs and towels for sale as fundraisers for 2022 for those Pro players that may like one, or if others would like an extra.

We also have built another amazing raffle again in 2021. More details to come on that as we get closer. We currently have a Zuca cart, Axiom practice basket, multiple Grip Equipment bags, and much more! Tickets can be purchased at registration with the additional selections, or they can be purchased at the event. Be sure to bring some extra cash!

There will be division specific CTP's as well as CTP's for all divisions. Additionally there will be a 50/50 cash CTP to assist in the Saint Charles County Disc Golf Club fundraising efforts for the 2022 Midwest Showdown.

There will be two separate Ace Pots in play that day. One will be a $5 buy in, which is for anyone in the tournament who chooses to buy in. If no Aces are hit for this one, all money will roll into the 2022 Ridge Runner fund.

The second will be a SCCDGC member ace pot ONLY. This one will be an additional $2 for all Club members. This is an additional selection that can be made at registration. SCCDGC memberships can be purchased at registration as well as the day of the tournament. For obvious reasons, you must be a club member prior to the first round to be able to buy in to the Ace Pot. If you have questions regarding this, please feel free to ask either John or myself.

More info will be coming in as plans develop.

We hope to see you out there for a great day of disc golf!!

There will be no refunds given after 7/7/2021!
