Ace pot will be split if multiple aces are hit. If no ances are hit we will have a throw off at the conclusion of the tournament.

Tournament refund / cancellation policy
**JUDGES will be responsible for all refunds and cancellations.**

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event prior to (or on) **July 3, 2026** will receive a 100% cash refund, minus a $5 fee.

​Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between **July 3 and July 17, 2026** will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 fee **ONLY if their spot in the tournament is immediately filled from the waitlist.** If the player's spot is **NOT filled**, we will provide a **50% cash refund.**

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between **July 18, 2026 and July 31, 2026** will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 fee **ONLY if their spot in the tournament is immediately filled through the waitlist.** If the player's spot is **NOT filled**, we will provide a **25% cash refund.**
