Hi, this is garret hormel, I play on the UO disc golf team and have a match this same day, could I get a refund. sorry I cant play the course!

Garrett if you can use the request a refund feature you got through registration or on the tournament page we’ll process it ASAP.

This really comes off as a privledge/entitlement fee for those with a few extra bucks who know how to work a system. I had no idea this was even a thing and am sure many players don't. Perhaps sponsorship perks should be player packs and not move to the front of the line perks? You know...fair & equitable.

Malum really? Its 25 bucks that goes straight into the tournament payout to make the event better for everyone. You supply a players pack as part of your "fair and equitable" solution and then that $25 turns into maybe 5 profit for the tournament. You have the opportunity to purchase a sponsorship just like everybody else. Also, when you run your own tournament you can make your own rules...
