Derrick Andrews The handbook says full cap for over 27 or half cap if under 27 competitors. It says if under 20 registered 8-10 days before event the director can re located or reschedule but says nothing about a quarter cap. May 11, 2017

Ryan Gemmell What exactly does "all amateur" mean? Say I cashed in 2016 but still play in open but haven't accepted cash this year yet can i play? My rating is only 924 so.... May 9, 2017
