Thank you for registering for the Red Oak Rumble at Turkey Hill Park. Sunday is sure to be a most excellent day of disc golf, with a weather forecast of “Sunny. High 74F. Winds N at 5 to 10 mph.†The course conditions are perfect and we’re overly excited to bring sanctioned PDGA play to Charles County

Here are some quick notes and reminders for Sunday’s event:
Charles County Prohibits glass containers, Alcoholic Beverages, and Smoking/Tobacco use of all types. Please save these activities for the after-party at Red Oak Bistro.

Gates Open 7:15 am
Player Checkin opens 8:30
Player Checkin closes 9:30
Player meeting is 9:45
Round 1 starts approx 10:15
1 hour lunch break
Round 2 start begins after lunch
Awards ceremony after Round 2.
After-Party and Trophy presentation at Red Oak Rumble
All 72 spots have been filled and a wait list has been started. If you do not check in with tournament central by 9:30, your spot will be given to the next person on the wait list. If you have registered and cannot attend, please send me a text message ASAP so we can begin notifying those on the wait list. 570-926-9111. Players that cancel between now and 9:30 AM Sunday will be mailed a Player Pack. No-Shows without notice forfeit their entrance fee and player package.
Many food options for lunch are within a few miles south of the park on Rt 301. We will have water stations spread accross the course for you to refill your water bottles.
After the awards ceremony, everybody is invited to the Red Oak Bistro where we will be presenting the Schlafly Cup to the event’s champion. This is a great opportunity to spend your Bistro Bucks (provided in your player pack) on some awesome food and Schlafly Beer. There will be live music and FREE beer samples for everyone 21 & over to try. The Red Oak Bistro is just a few miles south of the park on Rt 301. Address is included in the player program.

Pros will be playing for Cash. Ams will be playing for Scorpio vouchers.
Each division has an in-round CTP and an optional ace pot for $1 per player.
We’ll have a CTP game after round 2 to try and win a portable basket. $2 per throw or 3 for $5.
Raffle tickets for a 50/50 drawing are $1 each and we have other great raffle prizes to give away as well.
We’ll have a few items for silent auction, specifically the original Tee Signs for hold 14 and 17.
