Please note that both courses are in a 20 hole layout. - On the North there is 10A and 18A. - On the South there is 10A & 10B All of these will be flagged and clearly marked

Virtual players meeting, maps, and rules will be sent out today. Both courses are 20 holes. We needed to make a couple of last-minute changes, so I held the player's meeting and maps.

I saw something about virtual players meeting info being sent out Thursday I haven’t noticed it yet, I just want to make sure I’m not missing anything I need to compete this weekend. It’s my first tournament so I’m just not quite sure how everything works sorry.

We are not running a doubles but you are more than welcome to run one and I'm sure that plenty of people would gladly attend. Maybe Pete would be open to running it if you ask him, but Roman and I are not planning on running a doubles.

Yes that is the plan. A staggered shot gun start b-pool with tee off about 30 minutes before the a-pool.

This is the first tournament I’ve signed up for and I’m on the waitlist at 10 right now. Are any additional players going to be let into the tournament off the waitlist or is it strictly from drops at this point? Also if we don’t make it in are we automatically refunded or should I request one early if I won’t get in?

That is correct we are currently working off the waitlist in order. Unfortunately we will not be adding any additional spots. If for some reason under the unfortunate circumstances you unable to get into the event I will issue you a refund 24 hours prior to the event.

I need to withdraw from this tournament. Some medical problems have made it impossible for me to play. I really wanted to play, as this would have been my first tournament ever. Please accept my humblest apologies.

On the Registered Players webpage, where it shows "A Pool - 71/72", that is incorrect. It should say "73/72". Somebody neglected to include the MP60 Division in the A Pool.

Due to the recent announcement by PDGA, all sanctioned events are cancelled thru April 30th, 2020. Unfortunately this means the Red Mountain Classic will be postponed tentatively to October 17th, 2020. These are unprecedented times for all of us and we appreciate your support of The Red Mountain Classic and this great sport.
