Will the baskets be set up the day before to practice, or at least the markers to show where they'll be?

Is there an event page I can share to try to get a few more folks signed up
When we scheduled this there was only one tournament list in Georgia and it wasn't close. I wish other people would consider such things when picking dates for their tournaments.
