All players please check-in and pick up your player pack disc at tournament central off the parking lot near the pro shop from 7:30am to 8:15am.
Hole assignments will be posted after check-in and before the player meeting. There will be a player meeting before round one at 8:30am to answer any questions. Round one will start at 9:00am sharp. Give yourself enough time to get to your assigned hole at least a few minutes early. We will blow an air horn twice for the two minute warning and one long blast to start each round.
Please bring a charged phone and be ready to do digital scoring. All players (teams) are responsible for keeping score. The web address for digital scoring is:

Pool A = MPO, MA1, MA2 divisions
Pools B = MA3, MA4 divisions.
The A Pool will play Lynx for the first round and Timberwolf for the second round. The B Pool will play Red Fox for the first round and Lynx for the second round. We will play the longest available tees for all divisions.
On the Red Fox course, take all OB water where it went out. On the Lynx course, there are Drop Zones for the following holes: Hole 5 for OB water, Hole 6 for Mando, Hole 17 for Mando, Hole 18 Mando. On the Timberwolf course, there are Drop Zones for the following holes: Hole 12 Double Mando (short tee), Hole 13 Double Mando (short tee), Hole 18 OB water off the tee. Any other water OB shots on Timberwolf or Lynx, take the shot where it went out of bounds.
We will have side games of CTP on Holes 1 on both the Red Rox and Lynx courses for the first round. The flags will be at the tee pads for the first group to put out each round. There is $370 in the optional Ace Pool! If nobody hits it, we will have a CTP throw off for the balance after the second round. The second round we will have Long Putt Contests on Holes 18 on both the Lynx and Timberwolf course. The flags will be left near the baskets to be put out by the first groups that play those holes.
There will not be a player meeting before the second round. I will send an email with Second Round Hole Assignments and Start Time as soon as I can after the completion of Round 1. We will have awards and prizes after the second round. I am requesting that all Ams redeem their winnings the day of the event. All cash payouts including the Ace Pool will be allocated via PayPal.
