Good afternoon everyone and happy thanksgiving. We are just a couple of days away from the Autumn Classic. This email will have all the details on check-in, rules etc.
Check-in/Players pack:
Check-in will start at 6:00 am. Attached is a map that shows where check-in will be located. All players will receive a Innova Tripod Stool, tournament logo custom stamped premium Innova disc, Innova wristband, Innova Lapel Pin and a Tournament logo custom screen printed T-Shirt. Players are allowed to pick up their players pack on break if they choose to.
Parking/Address:
Parking lot has very limited space. Additional parking is available along East Wescott Drive. I strongly advise you all to get there early for a good parking spot to save you the walk. Below is the address for the Disc Golf Course/Park.

Start Time/Live Scoring/Players meeting/Break:
We are planning to start round 1 at 7:30 am. With the sun setting at an earlier time, we have to make sure we have enough sunlight for two rounds. We will be doing live scoring through the PDGA website. Players at the top of their card will take score online. Paper scorecards will be handed out as well. Each card will have the choice to either use the paper scorecard or the UDisc app for backup scoring. Players at the top of the card are required to pick up the paper scorecard and CTP FLAG (if provided) for their hole at tournament central. Scorecard and CTP flags will be on the scoreboard. Players meeting will roughly be around 7:00 am. Players meeting is not mandatory but it will explain details on OB and play. Players will have an hour for break/lunch. Break will start after the last card is in from round 1.
For PDGA live scoring go to PDGA.com/score. The access code for the tournament will be “AUTUMN21”. All uppercase. Once you gain access, player keeping score will type in PDGA number or full name to keep score. The PDGA has now made it possible for more than one player to keep score online.
OB/Layout/Warm up area:
OB’s are roads, sidewalk and beyond, concrete areas, ramadas, electrical boxes, restrooms, baseball fields, basketball fields and over walls into houses or yards. The layout we will use is on the UDisc app under “The Autumn Classic”. There are no mandos or island holes. There will be one par 4 which will be hole 14. Warm up area and putting practice will be at the soccer field next to tournament central. One basket is will be setup for practice. If a soccer game is taking place we will not use that area. Players are allowed to walk around during checkin to warm up on the course.
Water/Raffle:
Coolers will be filled with water bottles at tournament central. Players are allowed to take as much water as needed. Raffle tickets will be sold at tournament central at $1 a piece. Discs and a new basket will be up for grabs. Players who donate discs or disc golf merch will be given 10 raffle tickets.
Trophies/Plaques-
Trophies will be awarded to 1st place in each division. 2nd and 3rd place will receive a plaque. Scores that are tied 1st, 2nd or 3rd place will playoff. Playoff will start on hole 1.

Player scoreboard will have hole assignments as well where players can check what hole they will start on. Scoreboard will be located at tournament central. Round 2 cards will be based on divisions and scores.
