Permission granted. $10 for the night in the designated area. Unfortunately the danger from fires to too high this time of season so they won't be allowed. Moreover, campers are asked to be very careful to completely extinguish any open flames or embers.

Aside from the 15% bump in added value offered to the Amateur field by Marty of Top O the Hill and forwarded to the Amateur field, payouts come roughly from the cost of registration minus the following:

• $10 Greens fees
• $4 PDGA sanctioning & Player fees
• $2 NEFA Player fees - TBD
• $3 DGS registration fees [PayPal]
• $2 Divisional CTPs [$1/round x 2 rounds]
• $1 Promotional & administrative materials [ie. laminated prints, fasteners, CTP flags, bottled water, trophies, membership fees [PDGA & NEFA], communications, trash/waste removal, etc.]

Ace Pot option is dependent on registrant. TD compensation &/or gratuities not included.

Im also curious about the $3 DGS fee. We pay that fee when registering for the tournament, how come it is also coming out of our registration fees after the fact.

Also this tournament is not currently on the NEFA calendar when I last checked. Is it going to be a NEFA event? If not, will that $2 per player be reflected in payouts?

For the sake of player pace and everyone's enjoyment 70 allows for some wiggle room with registration. Players need to be removed and moved daily and registration continues to shift right up until the day before the tournament [& day of]. So for grouping purposes the determination will be based on wait-list options and depend on division entries. But we'll likely allow for a few more than 72.
