This is your Players Guide/Meeting

Thank you all for playing in the first sanctioned tournament at these two courses.

COVID-19
Covid-19 rules are in effect. Please make sure we all practice social distancing all day. Anyone who has COVID-19, is exhibiting symptoms, is ill, or is in direct contact with someone with COVID-19, must not participate and may be asked to leave the event. Please only touch your own equipment. Only one disc in the basket in any given time, so please clear your putts. It you do not follow these and or Covid-19 guidelines, we reserve the right to remove and disqualify you from the event.

SCHEDULE

As the TD, it is my responsibility that I ensure the safety of all person and players. As such and in concert with collaboration with local and state health departments, officials and guidelines, I have decided that both rounds you will be playing with the same group of individuals. I know that this is not a popular decision for some but with the current upward trends in Covid-19 cases across the State and also with increased restrictions within this area, this is the Best course of action to take. In doing so it will assist in making future events viable. I thank you in advance for your understanding.

First round will begin at 9 AM, so be at your starting hole and courses accordingly. If you find that your card has only 2 people show up, you must have a minimum of 3. Call the TD.

Pros, MA1 and FA1:
You will start at the Pittsfield Lake course as your first course. Your hole assignment will be given that Friday evening on the PDGA site. When you switch over to the Barry course, your starting hole will be published during your lunch break. Your starting hole will also correspond with the cart number that you will be assigned. Lastly, your start time at your next course will be approximately 1 hour from the time that the last card on your course is completed/sent in.

All other Divisions: You will start at the Barry course. Your cart and hole assignment will be given that Friday evening on the PDGA site. Your cart number will correspond with your starting hole. See above statement, last sentence under Pros, MA1 and FA1 for start time for your next course.

We will be using PDGA Live Scoring via Pdga.com/score Simply log in using the browser on your phone and enter the access code and your PDGA number to begin. The code is: Bigbuck


Player pack:
All Amateur divisions will pick that up in the clubhouse at Barry. Only pick these up when you are assigned on that course. Please social distance and wear your mask when you are inside and when you are less than 6 feet away from another person. There are hand sanitizers in the clubhouse. Payouts will also be handled in the clubhouse, therefore limit 10 people inside at a time.

Food:
There will be a food truck for lunch. The clubhouse also has your drink needs as well and snacks. On the course, please bring your own water/drinks.

Good morning everyone. Hopefully I have answered all your questions. Thanks for reaching out. I should have the players guide/virtual meeting up today at some point. Also, as I was working out details, I noiticed that some of you did not provide an email address (that is what I will be using to send you the players guide, etc...). I will also post it here as well as a means to reach those individuals. Most important question individuals are asking: where do I start. Pros, MA1 and a select few, due to numbers and cart use and mitigation issues will start at Pittsfield Lake. All other division will start at Barry. I will wait to publish your starting holes as to not keep updating as people drop, change div, etc...that will be up Friday. Thank you and see you on the course.
