    Free Beginner Clinic for all ages. Recommended discs for beginners: 1 Aviar DX Putter + 1 Mid Range disc: DX Shark, DX Dart, Maco 3 Star/GStar, Comet, Buzz, Zephyr - available online or in select sporting goods stores such as Play it Again Sports or Dicks. For children and women new to the sport 150 Gram discs are best, for adults 172 Gram discs are a good starter weight.

    1:30 Sign In - Note all kids under 10 are welcomed into the under 10 division for boys and girls.
