The price seems to be the cost of many two round tournaments on the same day. Is this two rounds or 1? And…is this going to be sanctioned?

Can this be a sanctioned tournament?
Sorry for the late response. Due to limitations for plastic we have decided to cancel the singles portion of the tournament. We are working on getting refunds to the players that were already signed up. We are still having doubles on Sunday though.
