Hello again competitors! Here is the update you’ve been waiting for.

The tournament goes on! Tee pads have been salted and covered, and the course is looking beautiful, if a bit snowy. The schedule outlined for the day remains the same and we are excited for play in some of the more unique course conditions our region sees.

Some notes on logistics:

All scoring will be done electronically via The PDGA digital scorecard web-app which can be located here: https://www.pdga.com/apps/to ... more

Good evening competitors!

As I’m sure you’ve heard, western Washington is expecting some snow over the next few days. While we won’t know the extent to which this may effect the course until much closer to the event, Matt and I are already planning ahead. Matt just got back from Lowe’s after picking up over 100 lbs of salt to spread over tee pads (thank you Matt), and I’ve ordered 1000 yards of ribbon for taping to and finding your discs in the case there is any ... more

Thanks Thomas- I just realized that my PDGA # is off by a digit- I’m Jeff Henning 110778- apparently I didn’t have my glasses on when I registered. Is that soemetuing you can fix? Many thanks.

Done ✅

Has there been any disc-scusion about the snow forecast? We on either way? What’s the run down?

Hey Josh, just sent an email and posted a comment with an update.

Thomas or Matt - would it be possible to move Asher into the Red division from Green? I only see the option to edit my registration in disc golf scene and not Asher’s. Thanks.

I paid for the membership after the start of the year. I just signed up for this but was charged another membership fee. Is this accurate?

Thomas Garcia   January 14, 2021 at 4:34pm

Hi Jeremy. A discount code was sent to members on Jan 1 to offset the cost of the membership add on. I’ve gone and refunded the duplicate membership fee from your registration. It should be back in your account within 3-5 business days.

You have to be a member of the club? If so. How does one become?

You can pay your membership fees through registration

I am rated 948 and have accepted cash at MP40. I registered for "Blue" because of my rating. Do I have to play "Gold" because I am officially pro? I can still play advanced in PDGA events based on my rating.

Hi Dave, you’re good to go. Any player who is registered with PDGA as a Professional may play in Amateur divisions as long as they meet the rating requirements for that division. The only exception to this is PDGA majors.

Christine Huestis    January 5, 2021 at 10:55pm

Do you know if this will be a rated event, or because of the XC tier, no ratings?

Thomas Garcia   January 6, 2021 at 12:33am

Hi Christine! Good question. Yes, the rounds will be rated. This tournament has the “X” flag because it is a “Club Member Only Event” Since it has been sanctioned as a C-Tier, is a singles event and is not amending any PDGA rules of play it is eligible for rated rounds. I did ... more

Barry Fischer   February 2, 2021 at 4:29am

I enjoy the XC tournaments that are ratings based - for me I get to play with other people instead of just the aged based groups.
