About this tournament

GOLF CART FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS ENTRY FEE just in case we get rained out and are not allowed to use them. Keep in mind we have had some wet weather in the past and still been allowed to use carts every year. The cost will be $22 per cart for 2 players. THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL CARTS FOR SPECTATORS.

Also keep in mind this is a very expensive venue to rent for disc golf so payouts may not be as much as you are accustomed to in other events, but I hope you can get good value from the camaraderie, challenge, beauty of the course, as well as a unique opportunity to use golf carts for your rounds. $24 of each players entry fees goes directly to the golf course for use of the course and the clubhouse plus your provided lunch.

Refund policy

If you should want to withdraw from this event for any reason this is the breakdown of how refunds will be handled.

If you officially withdraw prior to September 14th ------------------------------100% of your ENTRY FEE (minus online fees ) AND any Add-On costs (T-shirt etc). Any sponsorship WILL NOT BE REFUNDED as that money has already been accounted for in my decisions for this event.

If you officially withdraw between September 14th and October 10th AND your spot is claimed by another player/team. ---------------------100% of your ENTRY FEE ONLY (minus online fees). If your spot is not claimed, you are still eligible to claim your player package(s). Any add on WILL NOT be refunded because they will already have been ordered and produced by this time. You can pick these up at The Disc Barn or have someone at the event claim them for you. Any sponsorship WILL NOT BE REFUNDED as I make event decisions based on sponsorship well in advance.

Anyone trying to withdraw inside of 48 hours (October 10th through October 12th) prior to the event will not receive a refund but they can claim their player package at the event or have someone claim the package for them IF they alert the TD in advance that they will not be able to attend.

If for any reason the player package, or add-on merchandise needs to be mailed out after the event, the player will be responsible to pay for the shipping fees.

If anyone does not officially request to be removed (withdraw) from the registration list and event there will be no refund offered and they will forfeit their player package.

If you register for the wait-list, if a spot opens up, you will be automatically added to the registration list and alerted via email through Disc Golf Scene. Anyone on the wait-list that gets a spot will be expected to be at the event unless they alert the TD to remove them from the wait-list PRIOR to being added to the registration list. Anyone on the wait-list that does not get into the event will be issued a full refund (minus online fees). If you need more than 24 hours notice that you will receive a spot you must alert the TD of this in advance.
