Tournament Emails have been sent out. A copy is below for those who don't get the email for some reason (I did get a few kickbacks...)

It’s tournament week and we are so excited to welcome so many of you, especially those of you from the “other” side of the mountains! Thank you for travelling to this event!
A few important notes:
• The Access Code for PDGA live scoring is Sisters26. Course notes will be found there and on tee signs.
• Starting holes will be posted no later than 8pm Friday night however please be sure to double check the morning of in case of last-minute changes.
• If your disc lands in sagebrush, please do not stomp it down. Do your best to get your foot in position, without damaging local flora and fauna.
• 4 CTPs up for grabs: Hole 1- FA1, FA40; Hole 4- FA50/FA60/FA4; Hole 5- FA2/FA3; Hole 6- FPO/FP40
• There is again a $100 ACE BOUNTY on hole 11!
• Pizza will be available for lunch!
• Hyzer Pines is deep in wildfire country. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE PARKING LOT and make sure any butts are FULLY extinguished and properly disposed of.
• The course is on School District property- please exercise discretion with beverages and other habits.
• Join us at Bevel Craft Brewing Friday evening (4:30-close) for an informal gathering! Come enjoy fantastic beer, great food carts and while you’re there, grab your putter and take on Bevel's 18 hole putting course.
• The Sisters Rodeo Parade is Saturday morning at 9:30 in downtown Sisters so leave yourself a little extra time if coming through town, especially from Bend or Redmond, as detours may be in place.

SCHEDULE
Friday:
4:30 to Close- Informal gathering/hangout/social time at Bevel Craft Brewing (911 SE Armour Rd, Bend).
Saturday:
8:15-8:45- Check in and players pack pick up. Pros too!
9:00- Round 1
Lunch immediately following Round 1. Pizza!!
12:30- Round 2 (time may vary based on Round 1 finish time)
ASAP after Round 2- Awards and Ace pot throw off if necessary so plan to stick around!
