Marcus Burks Aug 18, 2018 Yes, anyone that meets the age criterion can compete. Normally athletes have to pay a $10 fee if they are not PDGA members, but that is waved for juniors.

Marcus Burks Jun 27, 2018 If your nephew turned 16 this calendar year he is ineligible to compete as a MJ15. He would have to compete as a MJ18.
