I made a few changes today to the divisional cap limits based on how registration has gone up till this point. The Pro/MA1 fields will be limited at 72 players which at this point should not be a restiction on anyone wanting to join based on the rate we are adding players to the field. This means that both rounds on Saturday at Lincoln Park for this field will be 18 holes and we will use a shotgun start on Sunday at RainShadow. No 24 hole rounds

The pin placement at Lincoln Park is close to the final pin positions. The only change I plan on making at this point is to move 7 back to the A position. Pins will be in the following positions for the tournament. B placement = 1,6,8,9,10,11. A placement = rest. Am (not including MA1) tee pads at Lincoln Park will all be white. Pro + MA1 tee pads at Lincoln park will be: B pad for hole 4,5,7,8,9,10,11,16,18, rest = white. Lincoln Park rounds will use the following holes in this order for all three rounds: 1,4,A,B,C,D,E,F,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,16,18.

After opening up, there were two problems. One - since we are part of PackEx cup, I needed to give PackEx registered players a pre registration opportunity. Registration is open now for PackEx players. I'll give PackEx players more time next year. Sorry. Registration for everyone opens April 6 at 7pm. I see we are getting plenty of PackEx players signing up already!! The second issue was that I didn't put caps on divisions. When doing that and studying the options, I decided to move MA1 to play on the same courses/layouts as the Pros. This should allow us to maximize the overall number of players into the tournament. This means that we will likely run two rounds of 24 holes on Saturday for the Pros/MA1 at LP and then run tee times on Sunday for Pros/MA1. Sorry for the confusion. This is my first tournament of this size.
