First, please make sure you have viewed the players' meeting here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ciscI4BNyfA

Everyone is to check in at Parkside Tournament Central (along the mini-golf fence by the main disc golf parking lot) by 8:45. We will have a brief meeting to give out NOVA's annual service award and recognize our 2018 club champions. After that, Pool A will proceed to Campside and Pool B will stay on Parkside. Tee time is 9:30.

A few clarifications: (1) Parkside Field Hole E's mandatory has moved one tree right, to better allow correct calls; and (2) Parkside Field Hole F's mandatory has been removed (a safety spotter will be used instead).

The caddie book is posted in Photos; please download this to your phone so you have access to it during the round. Live scoring will be available via pdga.com/score. The code is "Duck36." Your card will also keep score on paper, as usual.

Lunch will be a sandwich bar on Parkside and chili on Campside, so each pool will get each lunch. Vegans will be taken care of.

For Voorhees, today is the last day to drop and get a full refund, unless I am able to fill your spot through the waitlist or a walk-up. Otherwise, you will receive either a 25% refund or your player pack, whichever makes sense for the tournament's financial well-being, per CM 1.03.E.

I know this is very short notice, but my schedule has opened up for the weekend, I was initially planning on entering however things didn't line up at that moment in time. I was wondering if it was possible to be added to the waitlist for any of the men's amateur divisions, preferably MA1 or MA2, but at this point I'll take whatever I can get.
