Thanks to everyone who came out for our first match play event at Punderson. We had 13 players show up, and started with a stroke play round on the Original 9 to establish the seeding for the day. We had an Upper and a Lower bracket, We had 7 in the Upper and 6 in the lower with the appropriate byes needed to make the brackets work.

If you sign up for the waitlist, and get in, please pay as soon as possible.

If anyone runs into an issue where they cannot make it, please let us know ASAP. I really don't want to get into having to inject byes into the brackets.

Leading up to registration opening for this event, I want to emphasize that this is intended to be a fun event. I welcome all skill levels, but my hope is that we end up with 2 competitive brackets.

After playing many WUSS rounds on the O9, I do believe it can be a great equalizer layout. Like almost everything at Punderson, if you don't stay clean, you don't score. If you can't putt, well, there is nothing that can level that playing field.
