Information Update for Seasons End
Our foremost goal is to have fun, maintain speed of play, and finish the second round with some daylight to spare.

No Day of Registration:
Due to the recent time change we are short an hour in the day and we will not be accepting day of registration for Seasons End. If you are interested in attending the tournament, please register for the wait list. Any additions to the event will be pulled from the wait list.

Early Check In:
A TD will be at tournament central starting at 6pm on Saturday accepting early check in. If you are camping or close by, please take the time to stop by TC and get checked in. This will speed up the process of checking in players in the morning and let us get players on the course as quickly as possible.

Check In:
7am Sunday morning at Tournament Central. Arrive early and help make the check in process quick and smooth. Show up late, and make everyone wait on you.

Where is Tournament Central:
Tournament Central is the small red barn near hole 3 on the front course.

Division Pools:
Pool A: MPO, FPO, MP40, FP40, MP50, MA1, FA1, MA40
Pool B: MA2, FA2, MA3, FA3, FA40, MA50, FA50, MJ18, FJ18

Course Assignments:
Round 1: Pool A on Front Course
Pool B on Back Course

Round 2: Pool A on Back Course
Pool B on Front Course

Lunch:
The Jimboy’s taco truck will be onsite from 11:30 to 2:30. Please bring cash.

Raffle:
The Raffle will contain a Latitude 64 Pro Basket, a $60 gift certificate from Upper Park Designs, and various discs and Kleen Kanteens. More items will be added to the raffle as more raffle tickets are sold.

Division Winners:
There will be overall winners for all divisions played.
Type of trophies for divisions are based on the amount of participation in a division.

Camping:
Camping is handled by Browns n Bows.
For November 9th, 10th, and 11th: Camping is $40 from Friday to Sunday, $30 from Sat-Sunday. Includes open play. Please contact Mark at [email redacted] for availability.

Players Packs:
There will be a tournament stamped disc for the first 100 AM / JR players who registered.

8:30am: Round 1 Players Meeting
8:45am: First round start
11:45am: Lunch (Taco Truck will be onsite)
1:00pm: 2nd Round Players Meeting
1:15pm: 2nd Round Starts
4:30pm: Raffle / Awards

Seasons End Tournament update:

Practice rounds:
Browns N Bows will have open play days on October 14 and November 9th / 10th with the layout for Seasons End.
Gates open at 8am. Open play is $15 for each player per day.

Camping:
For November 9th, 10th, and 11th: Camping is $40 from Friday to Sunday, $30 from Sat-Sunday. Includes open play.
North Valley Series Event is on the 11th and only people registered for the event will be able to play.
