Thanks Kristin for running the tournament! It was a blast and worth the trip from Juneau. The course was well maintained (props to those who put in the work) and so much fun!

I'd like to thank Kristen for running a great tournament and to all the Alcantra locals who've put in so much work to get the course in such good condition.
Indeed, thank you Kristen for running a great event. The course looked fabulous as well, the MSDGA crew always does a great job!
You guys all coming out and playing well and being so generous was the real treat! Glad you had a good time!! This was super fun and I’m always glad to get people to Alcantra.
Oh and yes. Justin and the rest of the MSDGA crew do an amazing job. We had a ton of branches and debris from the storms this winter. And while I was playing Kincaid Kickoff they were dutifully cleaning everything for the tournament. They are stars. So your raffle contributions are going to help them keep kicking butt.

Did everyone get in? I’m not seeing a waitlist anymore.
Yes. I just sent an email. Given how small the remaining waitlist was, and to make sure people could plan and make a drive in, I decided to let the remaining few in. I know there may be a few withdrawals, but with the long walk 18 to 1 a small number of five packs should be workable. I was struggling with this, honestly, but decided to after some discussion.

Looking forward to the weekend and I will send out an email tonight to everyone with some additional details.
Also; One last plea to all those who plan to drop out to do so sooner than later so the waitlist people can make plans. Some live far away.
Thanks so much.

Dropping out? Now would be a good time to do it.
I do in fact agree with this. While a lot of people are relatively "local" some people are from the Kenai or further out and need to make plans. There's no pressure to drop if you aren't sure, of course!
I'm so glad it was worth your while! Woot woot!!
