Player's Meeting Email
Thank you first off to everyone for registering. I hope y'all don't mind that I have deleted the comments here for no other reason than to make sure this very important post does not get lost in the sauce. All questions that had been asked will be either answered here, or in PDGA Live Scoring.
Check in will take place directly at the tee pad for Hole 1.
You MUST check in and be present at the tee box five minutes before your tee time or you will be penalized two strokes.
Water is at the following locations: The entrance of the path to 16 (fill up for Holes 1 and 16); in between the basket at 8 and the tee pad at 11; the tee pad of 21. There are also water bottles at Hole 2. My phone number is directly on the jugs, if any of them run out, please call me and I will bring you more water immediately.
Restrooms are the portalets in the parking lot, so Holes 1 and 16.
Payouts for pros are done through PayPal, for amateurs are done in merchandise. On site merchandise is 50% off today to thank you for coming out. Available brands include Axiom, Discraft, Discmania, Dynamic, Kastaplast, Latitude 64, MVP, and Streamline, in addition to a few remaining No Days Off branded apparel items. Merch payouts will also be done by hole one.
If you need a paper scorecard I can give you one. All players must keep score. Otherwise, any rules questions, just give me a call at 8594758145. Everything should hopefully be marked pretty well for you. No artificial OB to speak of.
