Tournament refund / cancellation policy Andrew Fish is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Full refunds, less any DGScene fees, will be granted until registration closes at 8:00 PM ET on 12/31/25. The event will occur rain or shine UNLESS road conditions are unsafe to reach the park. 18 hours e-mail notice will be given if that is the case, and we'll try again on Saturday, 1/3 at Druid Hill.
