Are you going to be marking tee pads to include dirt and grass areas? Some of those painted pads are slick.

Eric Graff   January 2, 2021 at 8:02am

It is used for the regular long layout.

So if we’re on the waitlist and the cutoff is tonight at 8 do we not get slotted in if there’s a no show on Saturday?

Robert Lake   January 1, 2021 at 3:23am

Bryce, sorry just saw this. I sent an email to everyone. Unfortunately we agreed with the city to not have day of sign-ups. So if you are on the waitlist still you will get a refund.

Question about the dress code. The video seemed to imply that we need a collar shirt. However those are only required under section "D" of  PDGA rule 3.04 for  "PDGA Elite Series/ National Tour and Major Events. "
So a t-shirt is fine correct? And it will be cold so I'm planning on a hoodie. I hope that's OK

Robert Lake   December 31, 2020 at 3:33am

Yes youbwill be fine with those. Was more of a suggestion if people wanted to wear them.

Robert Lake   December 31, 2020 at 3:35am

Also on Sunday normal hole 12 by Dukes will be hole number 1 for XL as the map shows in the pictures.

Thank you

Got my phone stolen and won't be able to get a new one before the tournament. Will I be required to have one for scorecards?

Robert Lake   December 30, 2020 at 6:08pm

I am sure someone on your card will do the live scoring.

Robert Lake    December 30, 2020 at 4:19am

Whoever this is might want to get their email changed. [email redacted]

Hi, Robert - are these actual hole numbers or tournament numbers? Meaning...is your hole 1, course hole 12 (by spinners) or course hole 1 (by Roosevelt)? Thanks for everything!

Robert Lake   December 31, 2020 at 3:34am

On Saturday hole number 1 is hole number 1. Thanks for the reminder to post the parking maps.

When is the wait list cut off? I'm currently listed at #6 on the WL, so if I'm still on the WL on Thurs 8pm when the hole assignments are posted, is that the cut off for knowing if I'm playing?

Robert Cummings III   December 30, 2020 at 12:15am

The last few days are always crazy

Robert Cummings III    December 27, 2020 at 2:23pm

A tier format
All 18 baskets are to be the same type each round.
I believe reds and 1 blue are set up for xl layout and silver or galvanized baskets are set up for regular vista.

Daniel, just got back from Vista. Will post pin locations for Saturday soon. Only two holes on normal layout are not set thats 15 and 18. They have reds but Spinners will be doing the greys either tomorrow or Tuesday. They are planning on putting our the rubber pads for XL Tuesday.

Daniel Quezada   December 27, 2020 at 9:13pm

Awesome! Btw if you need help this whole week I can help out. Let me know! I know how much work it takes so I’m willing to help out in any way

Robert Lake   December 28, 2020 at 2:15am

We really just need spotters on Sunday.

Daniel Quezada    December 27, 2020 at 6:05am

Where are the layouts posted?

Robert Lake    December 17, 2020 at 8:34pm

I added the XL map from the Memorial last year. That will be the course for Sunday. Only changes are that the only Mando's on the map we are playing are the two trees on hole 15. The rest of the mando's will not be played. FA1, FA40, FA2, FA3, and MA3 will play the red tee pads and the rest will play the green tee pads. Thats for holes 9,11,12, and 15. As soon as I find out what pin locations will be for the regular course I will post that as well

Riley Turner   December 27, 2020 at 4:46am

Its self explanatory my friend

Nathan Nutter    December 17, 2020 at 2:20am

If I sign up on the waitlist but don't get moved up to play in the tournament, is my entire entry fee refunded?

Robert Cummings III   December 17, 2020 at 3:49am

I'm pretty sure you get all of it there could be a small dgs fee

Serafin Caraballo    December 13, 2020 at 4:13am

Can you tell me how many people are on the waiting list for advanced? It tells me how many are waitlisted across all divisions.

Charles Scott   December 13, 2020 at 4:23am

4 in advanced. If you click advanced you can count them. I might be wrong but since it is an AM only event waitlist isn’t based off division but off total amount.

Robert Cummings III   December 13, 2020 at 4:29am

Wait list is not based on division.

Mike Michalak    December 3, 2020 at 6:47pm

What is the layout for this event / it looks like 2 rounds Saturday / could you provide site where I can find that layout / XL 1 round layout on Sunday / could you provide site where I can find that layout / I am traveling from out of state and like to view layout to determine disc selection to bring for the event / thanks so much

Mike Michalak   December 3, 2020 at 7:29pm
