Hello! This will serve as our player email. I will cover some things here, and then list out all the signage that will also be available on the course on each tee pad. If at any time you have a question, on or off the course, please reach out to me. I will be playing during the rounds, so please only contact me during play if there is an emergency.

Course and event notes:
Don’t forget the disc golfer’s code!
Disc Golfer’s Code
Play Smart:
NEVER throw into a blind area or when players, spectators, pedestrians or other facility users are within range. Use a spotter.
Respect the Course:
Observe all posted rules. No littering, graffiti, or abuse of equipment or flora.
Represent the Sport:
Be positive and responsible. Teach others.
Parking is located next to hole 1 in a dirt lot and in the main lot by Tiger Pond.
Restroom facilities can be found next to hole #10.
Please use on course trash collectors, or pack out whatever you pack in!
It will be well into the 90’s all day. Please be prepared for the heat and long time of play. I am expecting each round to last around 3 hours+. We will have water stations all throughout the course, as well as shade tents where we can. Keep hydrated and your blood sugar up with some snacks! Bring your sunscreen, hats, umbrella or whatever you may need to stay healthy during the whole event!
We will take lunch after the last card from the first round is turned in on the PDGA Live scorecard. We will be generating lead cards for all divisions for the second round.
Both rounds will be a shotgun start.
You will be able to find your hole assignments for round 1 at
https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/49754
We will be using the digital score card. Only one person will need to take scores for each round on the digital score card. One additional person will need to keep a back up card, such as Udisc or paper card.

No drug use, alcohol, or smoking allowed. This is a zero tolerance policy.
Please follow all local and federal health orders regarding COVID-19.
If you ordered your player pack on time and did not have it shipped directly to you, I will have your player pack ready Saturday morning from 7-8 a.m. There is a practice basket next to hole 1’s tee pad, which is where the event staff will be set up.
The player meeting will start at 8 a.m. sharp and will end approximately 8:15 a.m.
Play will start at 8:45, giving players plenty of time to make their way to hole assignments.
A note to the course and terrain habitat – there has been rattlesnakes observed on the course. Please use caution and keep your eyes and ears vigilant, specifically around hole 18.
We will have frozen popsicles and cold Gatorades provided from the San Juan Basin Disc Golf Club. We will be taking donations for those of you feeling generous. This event would not be easily done if it weren’t for the financial backing of the club, and the volunteer efforts of our club members.
Good luck, and I’ll see ya out there!!!
