Please read the NADGT event guidelines and see that only certain divisions are available. Also to note many TDs are willing to create a division if you message them directly. Pdga says three competitors should be in a division for it to be available. Perhaps playing a division that more frequently has competitors would be easier for you.

I agree with you, Richard. But, and Kyle correct me if I'm wrong, this is more on the blanket handling the PDGA has been using, in regards to state availability. It's not really up to the TD's right now.

There's more to this then the pdga, once the pdga allows it, we then need to city to allow it with our plan. We are working on it and will get back to you.

Thank you so much for all the effort you are putting into this.... if they won’t budge... ever consider having the event unsanctioned and just for our own enjoyment?

Yes it is considered for sure and not ruled out, the issue is insurance. PDGA sanctioned events come with an insurance policy that parks and cities like. To purchase that on our own would be in the neighborhood of $400(last time I looked into it) vs. the $50 the PDGA charges. Its entirely possible with the appropriate approvals and has not been ruled out as a possibility.

We just recieved permission to sanction at 3pm yesterday, it's going to take time for the city to respond. Hoping to know Monday but we will see. Please have some patience as we have had less then 24 hours to confirm insurance is even active for the event.
