So sending a reply email to Maute with the statement that says I’ve read all waivers and release all parties from liability is sufficient for check-in/waiver submission? Will we get confirmation that our check-in has been completed or just when we see our starting hole posted? Thanks guys

So if there is no players meeting and the papers we signed were our virtual check in. Do we still have to show up before 7, like the schedule on disc golf scene says?

Hi Katie, Email getting ready to go out to players with those details but to summarize: Starting holes will be posted after 6pm but before 10pm tonight on PDGA.com event page. You need to be at your starting hole and ready to go at our anticipated Start time of 8:30am. There is NO players meeting since check in and player meeting document was and will be completed via email documents.

So I'm registered and on the waitlist (#1) for the MA40 group. I assume this normally means that I don't have a spot or card to play on until someone from that group drops out? How will I know if I am able to participate in this tourney? Will I get a notice in my inbox Friday night of my tee time if I am able to play? If so, that's kind of last minute, but I understand the reasoning behind that. If I don't receive any kind of notice, it's a bit of a drive to show up ... more

Mark, We will notify you by email once we have a sure spot for you. No waitlisters are allowed to show up and hope to get in day of as part of our agreement for the course. If you do not receive and email Friday evening at approximately 6pm that means there is no spot.

Instruction email was to make everyone aware of the conditions that are needed to be met for the event to happen, both waitlisters and players recieved that email for communication purposes

I just realized it charged the course and shipping fee. Those will be refunded if you do not get in.

Thanks. My wife is interested in the FA2 division but I don’t want to sign us both up if she only gets to play. It’s a decent drive for us from the western slope

Divisions removed that had zero registrations. Registration closes Wednesday so that proper check in and social distancing planning and prep can occur.

The scheudle posted in the about section is correct. We are working on how digital check in is going to run, once finalized a email will go out to players confirming all details.

There are no spectators or caddies allowed as part of our agreement to secure course rental.

This tournament has been postponed indefinitely due to the pdga suspension on sanctioned play. Once the pdga allows sanctioned events we will announce the updated event dates. You can request a refund if you would like by clicking the "request refund" link in your registration email or when logged into disc golf scene at the top of the "registered players" tab.

It says, "online registration CLOSED on January 8th at 8:00 p.m."
Is that correct? Or is that when it was supposed to OPEN?
Correct that is all we are looking for and we are not responding. If you do not get a follow up email or phone call from me that means its good to go
