Since its a pay to play course, is the course fee included in registration or is that separate?

I was originally signed up before the COVID situation, and had to withdraw when the date was originally moved due to a schedule conflict. I lost most of my entry fee. Is there any way I can sign up without having to repay the full entry fee? Thanks in advance.
