Tournament refund / cancellation policy National Amateur Disc Golf Tour is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Withdrawal requests made prior to player packs being ordered (approximately 2 weeks) will be issued a 100% refund less DGScene and PayPal Fees. Withdrawal requests made after player packs being ordered (approximately 2 weeks) will be issued a 25% refund less DGScene and PayPal fees, or they can receive a players pack and pick it up from the TD without a refund. Any withdrawals requested within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund as per the PDGA Competition Manual https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103 DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
