About this tournament
2 rounds of play
One day, two round PDGA C-tier at Lake Stephens DGC in Surveyor, WV outside of Beckley.
Layouts:
MPO, MP40: Blue Tees both rounds
FPO, MA1, MA40: White Tees for Rd 1, Blue Tees for Rd 2
All Other Divisions: White Tees both rounds
Second round will begin an hour and a half following submission of last card from round one.
MEETING/CADDIE BOOK: There will not be a formal meeting, as all information should be included in the caddie book. There will be 30 minutes from the end of registration to round one tee-off, any questions should be asked then.
Lunch: No onsite lunch will be provided, however there are a number of options within reasonable driving distance from the course. There are a few options in Glen Daniel (around 5 minutes from the course), and a much larger selection around 15 minutes away around the Harper Rd area (traffic can get bad here so plan accordingly)
Player's Packs:
All ams will receive a $25 voucher to Fabulous Flying Discs, that way everyone can get something they like!
Payouts:
Top 40% in all divisions will receive payouts.
Pros: 100% payout back to the players via PayPal (make sure your email matches your PayPal)
Ams: All amateur payouts will be handled onsite by Fabulous Flying Discs!
There is potential for added cash and this will be updated accordingly.
NOTE: Entry fees account for sanctioning and transaction fees. This is a PDGA-sanctioned C-tier, meaning those who are not current PDGA members will be charged an additional $10 to register.
There will be a $3 ace pool, as well as a number of CTP prizes. If no aces are hit, amount will go towards local course improvements.
SPONSORS: If you or a business you are aware of would be interested in sponsoring a hole or the entire event, please contact me (Ryan Shumate). Hole sponsorships will be $25 (option at registration) and will get you a sign on the tee of your hole. Title sponsorship will be $750, and the event name will be adjusted to reflect your generous sponsorship. Added cash will be split evenly between pro and am divisions. Amounts which fall in between will get a sign on a hole and at tournament central, as well as a your logo and a custom message on the event Facebook page.

Refund policy
Fabulous Flying Discs is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Full refunds will be issued up until the day prior to the event. No shows will not be refunded.
