Tournament refund / cancellation policy Full refund will be awarded to anyone who withdraws no later than Wednesday, May 13. Any withdrawals after Wednesday, May 13 will receive either: (a) a 50% refund (b) no refund but can still get a players pack (you arrange pickup). Any withdrawals after Thursday, May 14 are not eligible for a refund but may get their players pack (you arrange pickup). If there is a waitlist for the event you may be eligible for a full refund after May 13. This will be at the discretion of the Tournament Director. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
